Join us for an unforgettable long weekend on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast. We have just 30 spots available for our 2025 edition, where you'll enjoy the perfect mix of exhilarating coastal trail runs and relaxation in a multi stage atmosphere. Picture yourself unwinding on a coastal trail run with panoramic sea views, gathering around fire pits, and soaking in the beauty of the rugged Welsh coast.
Pembrokeshire is home to some of the most breathtaking coastal running routes in Britain. Over the weekend, we'll explore these rugged paths and hidden coves, all while enjoying the soaking up valuable information to help you with your next race, introduce you to trails and ultras and prepare you for a multi day event. After each run, you can rest those legs in our all-important ice bath and take in the serene ocean views.
Led by the Just Run team, we’ll tackle three group runs (totally optional—join for as much or as little as you like). We’ll kick off with a shake out gentle jog on Friday with a workout in the redbull barn to get the tired legs ready for your long run on the Saturday. challenging run on, and finishing with a scenic trot on Sunday. Expect plenty of mud, so pack extra socks.
Beyond running, the weekend includes chilled yoga sessions, talks on fuelling, workout to help you know what to do around strength and conditioning , the cost of tackling a FKT, and evenings spent around the fire.
Our final night will be a pizza night.

Day 1 Arrival
Arrival will be at TBC once we are all packed away, kit on for a shake out run after the long drive. This will be a 3-5 mile run route here TBC.
Come back and have a short break to refuel.
We will then have an hour session going over different exercises that you should be doing as a trail runner at home to help prevent picking up injuries. We also are aiming to get a bit of doms in your legs ready for the weekend so you will be aware what it feels like running a multi day, but also for you to realise what you're capable off.
We finish the day In the communal area preparing our evening meals and preparing your kit for the following day.
Day two
After Breakfast we start the day with a yoga session helping you loosen up ready for a longest run of the weekend which will be 15-18 miles
The run will be around the beautiful Welsh coastal path of Pembroke. When we get back you can take advantage of our ice bath to help with recovery.
Once we have all showered and had some food we will move to the conference centre for a workshop on fuelling plan, hydration, finding your BMR, your protein intake. Review how you felt after today's run.
Day three
12-15 mile, ice baths , evening pizzas all round
